THE HIRE CAUSE FELLOWSHIP
It is a fun 5-week program for motivated high school students in grades 9-12 who want to grow their ability to lead and influence others through projects that impact their community.
You can think of it like a self-designed internship, but we provide you with the tools, resources, coaching, community, and professional network to make the impact you want.
WHY HIRE CAUSE
Many internships are a problem. While they sound good on the surface, too often students are getting coffee for supervisors and are not learning the professional skills that will help them in the future including communication, project management, and leadership.
At Hire Cause we believe in preparing the next generation of leaders to grow, lead, and contribute. And we know that the best way to do well in life is to do good.
